The PIXAPRO® KINO II 1200 flash (Godox QS1200 II) is a robust and dependable 1200Ws studio monolight strobe suitable for both the serious professional and amateur photographer and is ideal for large studios or for use with large modifiers. It is also a great choice when moving from speedlite to studio flash, which offers around 20 times power output compared to a flashgun. It has every feature you will need from a studio flash such as controllable power, built-in receiver, slave mode, fast recycling time and flash duration. It’s also part of The ONE System, which you can mix and match any PIXAPRO range flash and is also available to purchase in a combination of different kits. Making it suitable for Group Portrait, Large Studio, use with Larger Modifiers, Large Groups, long distance shooting such as Graduation Ceremonies, interiors such as Cathedrals, Halls, Stages or Large Rooms and much more.

It offers an impressive flash duration of up to 1/2000th of a second, Short flash durations for sharper images and stopping motion.
Fast Recycling Times
The fast-recycling time at just over one second allows you to take more frequent shots and you will hear a Programmable ready beep sound when the unit is ready for its next flash.
6-stop Power Range in 1/10th Increments
The PIXAPRO® KINO II 1200 features a bright 150w modelling lamp, and a 1200Ws flash tube, that has a 6-stop power range (1/1 – 1/32 power) which can be adjusted in 1/10 of a stop increments.
Anti- Pre-Flash Function
It also features an intelligent slave cell (Pre-flash detector system) cell that can be set to ignore a Pre-Flash, which will enable the LUMI to be used alongside any other speedlights or any other TTL strobe.
Automatic temperature-controlled ventilation
The KINO II 1200 features an automatic temperature-controlled ventilation system to ensure it is safe and protected while in frequent use, the cooling fan will kick in to protect the flash when running at high temperatures.
Visual Flash Confirmation
The unit also has a visual flash confirmation option available this allow you to set the modelling lamp to come on to confirm the flash has been triggered.
Built-in 2.4GHz Flash Receiver
The KINO II 600 features a built-in 2.4GHz flash receiver which allows it to be used in conjunction with the ST-III, ST-III ST-IV, ECO 2.4 or Pro AC 2.4GHz flash Triggers. This allows you to control your flash heads remotely such as flash power settings, modelling lamp on/off, changing groups & channels and Triggering.

3.5mm sync jack
The KINO II 1200 has a 3.5mm sync jack allowing it to be triggered by a sync cable, or other radio triggering systems.
